Welcome to JordansRealEstateMedia.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Jordan Odom Marketing LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), as well as the booking, delivery, and use of all real estate media services provided by us.

By booking a shoot, accessing our website, or using our deliverables, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments: All media appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system, email, or phone.
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate property addresses, access codes, lockbox information, and special instructions prior to the scheduled shoot time.

2. Property Readiness & "As-Is" Policy

  • Property Preparation: The property must be clean, staged, and fully prepared prior to the photographer’s arrival. We do not provide cleaning, decluttering, or heavy moving of furniture, vehicles, or personal belongings.
  • Shot "As-Is": Properties will be photographed in "as-is" condition upon arrival. Jordan Odom Marketing LLC is not responsible for items left in view, unmade beds, dirty surfaces, or unprepared spaces.
  • Return Visits: If a property is unprepared and requires a return trip to re-shoot any portion of the home, a re-shoot fee of $100 will apply.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, & Weather

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Requests to cancel or reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $75 late fee.
  • Inclement Weather: Interior photography and media services will proceed as scheduled regardless of rain or cloud cover. For exterior and aerial (drone) services impacted by rain, high winds, or severe storm activity, we will reschedule the exterior portion at no additional charge or capture exterior shots at the earliest safe opportunity.

4. Drone & Aerial Services

  • FAA Compliance: All aerial/drone services are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified remote pilots in strict compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
  • Airspace & Weather Restrictions: Drone operations are subject to federal airspace limitations, temporary flight restrictions (TFRs), and safe weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone aerial media if safe flight cannot be conducted legally or safely.

5. Delivery Timelines & Storage

  • Delivery: Standard turnaround time for real estate photography is [24 hours / next business day] following the conclusion of the shoot. Video tours, 3D tours, and specialized marketing assets may require 48 hours or longer.
  • Media Retention: Jordan Odom Marketing LLC guarantees digital media storage for thirty (30) days following delivery. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and save all files immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for archived file recovery after 30 days.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment in full is required prior to or upon the download release of high-resolution digital media, unless explicit written credit terms have been arranged.
  • Late Payments: Unpaid invoices past 30 days are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum legal rate allowed by law. Failure to pay will result in the immediate revocation of all media usage licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jordan Odom Marketing LLC, its owners, employees, and independent contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, website, or media deliverables. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service rendered.
